Nice but a little disappointed.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the room comfortable and clean.
Booking.com messed up our booking which resulted in our room being sold twice. This resulted in us not getting the room we booked for our stay. This was Booking.com’s fault NOT the property. Additionally, whilst the staff were lovely, they were a little disorganised, particularly at breakfast. 15 minutes to clear a table and 15 minutes for the tea and coffee to arrive.

Nice room,lovely leisure facilities and a pity that the breakfast was well below par
The hot buffet section of the breakfast was poor. Some of the food had obviously been sitting for quite a while and was dry and lukewarm. The black pudding for example was simply inedible as it was so dry and hard

Comfortable hotel in a good location
We stayed at Barton Manor in November after attending a function. The hotel was dressed for Christmas and looked very attractive. Cannot comment on breakfast as we chose not to have it. It is a comfortable hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming.
Our room was quite small as was the en suite bathroom, though it was functional.
