Comfy, clean and convenient hotel near to the M6.
Easy parking and spacious public areas and a very good breakfast
The Ist floor bedroom looked out over the flat roof for the hotel ground floor and was surrounded by A/C units. If they. had been running then the noise would have been considerable.

Amazing
Loved how helpful the staff was and if you forgot anything they had supplies loved the biscuits and the little touches around the hotel
The pool tiles need a good clean around the edges very grubby , the fact that kids are allowed to be noisy while in the pool on both occasions we went in the pool there was kids pratting about what didn’t make it very relaxing at all. I thought breakfast was very expensive thats why we didn’t add it on

Nice but a little disappointed.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the room comfortable and clean.
Booking.com messed up our booking which resulted in our room being sold twice. This resulted in us not getting the room we booked for our stay. This was Booking.com’s fault NOT the property. Additionally, whilst the staff were lovely, they were a little disorganised, particularly at breakfast. 15 minutes to clear a table and 15 minutes for the tea and coffee to arrive.

Weekend To Chill.
Clean rooms,the staff where friendly.
The changing rooms in the pool,there is only 2 so you have to wait till someone has got changed,also having to pay £25 for early check in even when my room was ready.
